If you are writing or visiting someone in custody, make sure you’re familiar with the facility’s policies. No matter your good intentions, violating these policies will almost certainly result in your letter being returned or your visit being denied.

If you are corresponding with someone who is currently in custody at Hamilton County’s Silverdale Detention Center, you can use this link to add money to his or her commissary account.
